Clare Preuss was introduced to Yoga during dance class at the University of Alberta in 1997. In 2000, Clare completed Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at The Yoga Studio in Toronto. In addition to her work as a theatre artist, Clare continues lead yoga sessions at studios, schools, theatres, community centres, beaches, homes and more. Clare is the Artistic Director of Downstage Theatre and delighted to share her cumulative theatre and yoga practice for these Creative Stretch sessions. Downstage is happy to collaborate with Memorial Park Library in offering these FREE community gatherings.
