Produced for 10 years by Ground Zero Theatre, this High Performance Rodeo mainstay is a playful showcase of Calgary's indie theatre companies. This sell-out event sees groups creating an original play in only 24 hours, inspired by a prop and a line of dialogue.
Downstage is excited to be taking the reigns from GZT as producers of this unpredictable, uninhibited and unforgettable event! Expect some new elements and exciting changes for the 2011 edition of the festival, which will be revealed closer to the date of the event.
In the near future, we'll also announce the incredible lineup of participating companies who will be sharing their brand-new ten minute works. Tickets will be available through the High Performance Rodeo website later this fall.
